  • Furntech White River Client to exhibit at FACIM 2015 in Mozambique
    Ngwekazi Wooden Designs from White River has been selected by MEGA to participate at the 2015 Maputo International Trade Fair from 31 August to 06 September 2015  in Mozambique.

    Afri-Furniture Design and Pate Arts and Crafts from Furntech Johannesburg will be exhibiting at Decorex 2015 at the Gallagher Convention Centre (Midrand) from 6 - 10 August 2015.  Be sure to catch them there!

    Kairos Creations and Vhahashu Designs from Furntech Johannesburg will be exhibiting at the Home Makers Expo 2015 at the Coca Cola Dome Northgate from 26 February to  01 March 2015. Be sure to catch them at the GGDA Stands  1 and 11!

    The two components which form Furntech’s integrated service are:

    • Business Technology Incubation of small and micro enterprises (SME’s)

    • Vocational Skills Development

    These services are available at all Furntech Centres which are spread around the country. Through these centres, Furntech is well positioned to fulfil its national mandate of improving skills levels in the industry, raising the level of global competitiveness, stimulating job and SME creation and transferring new technologies to industry partners.

    Furntech’s facilities offer a combination of training, business and technical support in the form of:

    • Business technology incubator space for entrepreneurs

    • Technical expertise for furniture production

    • Shared-use facilities with modern equipment

    • Accredited training programmes presented by qualified and experienced facilitators.
